MP Digital LLC provides website design, digital marketing, SEO structuring, and related digital services. Scope of work for each client is defined in a separate written agreement.
Payments
Payment terms are outlined in individual client agreements. Ongoing services may be billed on a recurring basis where applicable.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of agreed services, clients retain ownership of their website content and assets unless otherwise specified. MP Digital LLC retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio.
Limitation of Liability
MP Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
